Our Australian sencha is a classic Japanese style green tea grown on plantations in northern Victoria. The perfect balance of bright green tea freshness with smooth grassy notes, this tea is a joy to drink – either hot all year round, or cold brewed over the summer months.

Brewing Instructions: 2.5g / 1 teaspoon per cup (250ml), 1-2 minutes at 70-80°C
